Lori Napolitano
Lori got her start in the field of ABA in 2002. Her credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Masters of Art of Teaching, Teacher of the Handicapped Certification, ABA Certification, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Lori was a Special Education Teacher mainly in self -contained classes for students with ASD. After teaching for 11 years, in 2013, Lori began working as a Behaviorist in a private high school for students with special needs. During this time, she enrolled in courses through the Penn State online program for Applied Behavior Analysis. After completing the coursework and fieldwork, Lori passed the exam and became a BCBA in August of 2015. Lori then transitioned to working full time as a supervising BCBA in the homes of youths diagnosed with ASD in 2016. Throughout her career, Lori has worked with children from ages 2 to 21 with varying levels of functioning. She finds her career as a BCBA to be both challenging and rewarding. Lori has a love for learning and teaching and enjoys sharing that with colleagues, families, and others involved in the lives of individuals with special needs. Lori’s personal interests include traveling and she does so as often as possible.
Leighann Lorusso
Leighann got her start in the field of ABA in 2012. She began working as a paraprofessional in an out of district special needs school for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Her credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Leighann began coursework for her master’s program in 2014, during which time she worked as a paraprofessional and in-home Registered Behavior Technician. She graduated in 2016 and took and passed the BCBA exam in May of 2017. She has been working as a BCBA, full-time, in homes of youths diagnosed with ASD since 2017. Throughout her career, Leighann has worked with children from the ages of 2 to 21 with varying levels of functioning. Her experience includes school evaluations and consultations as well as home programming.
